Contribute to Avodah's Economic Access Fund.
Avodah’s work is stronger when young Jews from a diverse array of class backgrounds can participate. A donation to this fund is an investment in our commitment to economic justice, and a great way to put those values into action.

The Economic Access Fund helps provide equitable access to our transformative year of service for young Jewish leaders from all income levels. It covers expenses such as visits home for family emergencies; school loans that can’t be deferred; new work attire; or even a warm coat for a Corps Member who may be experiencing their first Chicago winter.
As the cost of living reaches record highs, the Economic Access Fund is more important than ever to help people through tough times and support unexpected expenses.
Developing lifelong Jewish justice leaders
The Jewish Service Corps is an immersive service year program for individuals ages 21-26 who are passionate about social justice and ready to engage in a pluralistic Jewish community.
Corps Members live and learn together in intentional, pluralistic communal homes in Chicago, New Orleans, New York, and Washington, DC. While they deepen their social justice framework through experiential programming and values-driven community building, Corps Members serve directly at local organizations tackling crucial social and economic justice issues.
